The Intelligence Unit commissions, conducts and advises on surveys to provide evidence from customers and residents in Herefordshire - including surveys that are statutory for the council to carry out. These provide valuable information for service planning and priority setting for public services and and community organisations. The Herefordshire Quality of life survey is a large postal survey covering a range of themes on life in Herefordshire.
Research specifically conducted with children and young people, for example the Youth Survey and the Every Child Matters Survey, can be found on the children and young people research page.
The Research Team is not directly involved with every survey Herefordshire Council carries out; details of all the Council's surveys can be found on the consultation database.
